An interactive session helping learners recognise potential abuse and neglect, understand safeguarding responsibilities and know how to respond appropriately when concerns arise.

Practical training covering the principles of the Mental Capacity Act, assessing capacity, best-interest decision making and the safeguards surrounding restrictions and deprivation of liberty.
