First Aid Awareness
Build confidence to recognise common first aid emergencies and understand the immediate actions that could make a difference. A practical, engaging introduction to essential first aid for people across all sectors.
First aid starts with knowing what to do next.
First Aid Awareness is a bite-sized introduction to the situations people may face when somebody suddenly becomes ill or injured. The session focuses on recognising what may be happening, responding safely and understanding when urgent professional help is needed.
Rather than overwhelming learners with clinical detail, the course introduces essential first aid principles in a practical, approachable way. Key subjects are explored through discussion, demonstration and practical familiarisation, including CPR.
