Please do not send sensitive personal or medical information through the website contact form unless it is genuinely necessary.

Our website is built and hosted using Squarespace. Our domain name and business email services are managed through GoDaddy. These providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services.

Where a service provider processes information outside the UK, we require appropriate safeguards to be used where required by data protection law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, accounting, insurance and record-keeping requirements.

Different types of records may therefore be retained for different periods in accordance with our data-retention arrangements. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or disposed of.
